Hi, I’m Nadia Shalwani 

founder of Nhance. I started this journey through my own personal health journey, which completely transformed my perspective on life. Movement and using food as medicine helped me reconnect with myself, heal from the inside out, and truly understand the power of aligning mind and body.

As a certified Sports Nutritionist, Health Coach, and Psychological Fitness Specialist, I help individuals do the same — creating personalized meal plans, movement routines, and mindset strategies that feel empowering and sustainable, rather than restrictive.

My passion lies in guiding you to build habits that support your goals and bring you joy  both inside and out. I believe that true transformation starts from within, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
