
Hey there! My name is Kayce Hankins, and I’m a Functional Strength Trainer and Health Coach, as well as the founder of Hankins Health & Fitness. My lifelong passion has always been making a positive impact on others, and I find fulfillment in helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience—both inside and outside the gym.
With a background in social work, psychology, and exercise sports science, along with experience competing in bodybuilding, I bring a versatile, adaptable approach to training. Over my 8 years in the fitness industry, I’ve developed a unique ability to tailor my coaching style to each client’s needs, ensuring that every program feels achievable, challenging, and sustainable.
Since 2018, I’ve specialized in functional strength training, working with clients ranging from young athletes to busy adults who want to improve their health, performance, and quality of life. I don’t just focus on physical results—I empower every client to grow mentally and emotionally, too.
